With years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor helping injured workers return to work, my current role is as a consultant in legal cases. I am retained equally as a vocational expert witness by plaintiffs' and defense attorneys to analyze employability and earning capacity in cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, civil rights, wrongful death, and maritime law. I conduct vocational evaluations, analyze case materials, consult with physicians, identify transferable skills, conduct labor market research, prepare reports for mediation or trial, and provide deposition and trial testimony in relation to cases in Superior Courts throughout California, in courts of other states, and in federal courts.
